As our Head of Human Resources, Aaron brings his passion for helping people succeed to his role overseeing all of hsy’s People and Culture function.
While ensuring all our people and processes operate at their optimal levels, Aaron is committed to bringing the best out of individuals when it comes to fostering learning, growth, and positive company culture.
Not only a talented people manager, but also an experienced business consultant, Aaron’s day to day includes training and development of employees, creating and implementing new programs, overseeing of risk and liabilities, and implementation of hsy’s strategic business plan. Aaron’s ability to understand and analyse commercial maturity, culture, and inclusion is key in helping us to drive growth and results.
Aaron’s natural ability to form genuine, trusted relationships is why he is such a respected and integral part of the hsy team. Through his experienced skillset, we’re able to leverage the leadership capabilities of our people.
