Marco Fernandes is hsy autopart’s Head of Operations and is responsible for diligently managing the operational aspects of our 15 branches spread across the nation, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery.
As our Head of Operations, Marco Fernandes draws on his extensive experience in both sales and operational management to drive and support revenue growth for hsy. Marco goes above and beyond to add real value to not only operations at hsy, but also in the support and development of all hsy team members. His empathic approach to day-to-day operations, and prioritising of employee safety and wellbeing foster a healthy company culture.
Marco’s dedicated career in Automotive spans over 22 years, and his experience ranges from relationship management and leadership through to project management, sales and marketing, strategy formulation, and customer partnerships. His role extends from helping hsy formulate strategic and operational objectives, right through to continually finding ways to improve the quality of customer service delivered.
Backed by an MBA through the Australian Institute of Business, Marco not only has the educational background and hands-on experience, but also the passion to drive his team to succeed. Other key components of Marco’s role at hsy include, improving company performance, applying best practices, and creating safe & effective work environments for staff to thrive in.
By facilitating the mentorship of other team members, and the assessment of roles required across operations, Marco continues to help maximise company productivity while improving employee relationships.
