VARTA June 2026 Sales Campaign – Terms and Conditions
Promoter: hsy autoparts Pty Ltd, ABN 83 005 668 502.
Campaign Period: The campaign runs from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive (“Campaign Period”). Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.
Eligibility: The offer is open to Australian trade customers only (including automotive workshops and mechanical repairers) who hold a current trade account with hsy autoparts. The offer is not available to the general public, hsy employees, or their immediate family members.
How to Qualify: To be eligible to receive the prize, a trade customer must spend a minimum of $2,000 ex GST on VARTA by Clarios battery products across one or more orders placed through hsy autoparts during the Campaign Period. Spend is cumulative throughout June 2026 and does not need to be reached in a single invoice or transaction.
The Prize: Eligible qualifying customers will receive one (1) Dometic CFF18 Fridge/Freezer, including a bonus quick release fixing kit. The prize is valued at $844.00 including GST. Prize specifications:
Availability: The offer is limited to the first 50 qualifying customers. Limit of one (1) prize per customer account, regardless of total spend. Once 50 prizes have been claimed, the offer is void even if the Campaign Period has not ended. hsy autoparts will not provide advance notice of stock availability or remaining prize quantities.
Redemption and Delivery: Qualifying customers will be contacted by hsy autoparts following verification of cumulative spend at the close of the Campaign Period. Prizes will be dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks of the Campaign Period ending (30 June 2026). hsy autoparts reserves the right to verify all purchases prior to fulfilling any prize. hsy autoparts accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit once dispatched.
Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
General Conditions: hsy autoparts reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and to disqualify any customer who tampers with the redemption process or acts in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions. hsy autoparts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or vary the offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. Any costs associated with placing qualifying orders remain the responsibility of the customer.

Governing Law: This offer is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
