Terms & Conditions
  1. Promoter:
    The promoter is hsy Pty Ltd (ABN 83 005 668 502) (“hsy”).
  2. Promotional Period:
    The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 14 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  3. Eligibility:
    This promotion is open to Australian trade account customers of hsy only.
    Eligible purchases must be made during the Promotional Period via myhsy.com.au or through any hsy branch.
    Employees of hsy, MAHLE and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
  4. Promotional Offer:
    During the Promotional Period, customers will receive a 5% discount for every complete group of six (6) eligible MAHLE filters purchased on a single invoice; and/or a 10% discount for every complete group of ten (10) eligible MAHLE filters purchased on a single invoice.
    The offer applies to all MAHLE Air, Oil, Fuel and Cabin Filters available through hsy.
    Qualifying quantities must be purchased on the same invoice. Purchases cannot be combined across multiple invoices to qualify for the promotional discount.
    Discounts apply only to complete qualifying groups of six (6) or ten (10) filters shown on the same invoice. Where a single invoice qualifies for multiple promotional groups, hsy will apply the combination of qualifying groups that provides the greatest overall discount to the customer.
    This offer is available to trade customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion unless otherwise approved by hsy.
  5. Prize Draw:
    As an added bonus, customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for each complete qualifying promotional group of six (6) or ten (10) eligible MAHLE filters purchased on a single invoice during the Promotional Period.
    Only completed sales that are invoiced and paid in accordance with the customer’s agreed trading terms are eligible. Returned goods, cancelled orders and credited invoices are excluded and any associated entries will be withdrawn.
    No registration or additional action is required to enter.
  6. Prize:
    One (1) winner will receive their choice of 200,000 Capricorn Reward Points*; or $1,000 hsy Account Credit. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    The hsy Account Credit will be applied to the winner’s active hsy trade account.
    If the winner selects Capricorn Reward Points, they must hold a valid Capricorn account that is eligible to receive Reward Points.
    *Capricorn Reward Points are subject to Capricorn’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
  7. Prize Draw Process:
    The prize draw will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026 at the hsy National Support Office, 22/107-113 Heatherdale Road, Ringwood VIC 3134.
    The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw using independently generated random selection software from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
    The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
    If the prize is not claimed within three (3) months, hsy may conduct a redraw using the same random electronic draw process.
  8. General
    hsy reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and entries.
    hsy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, hsy accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
  9. Privacy
    Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with the hsy Privacy Policy.
