    Term: Eligible Entrant:
    Definition: A person who satisfies the eligibility requirements in these Terms and Conditions.

    Term: Promotional Period
    Definition: 12:01 am AET Saturday 15 August 2026 to 11:59 pm AET Friday 16 October 2026.

    Term: Qualifying Product
    Definition: A FUCHS product listed in Schedule 1.

    Term: Qualifying Purchase
    Definition: A purchase of a Qualifying Product invoiced by hsy autoparts during the Promotional Period.

    Term: Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points
    Definition: Bonus Points awarded under this Promotion.

    Term: Region
    Definition: Queensland; Victoria/Tasmania; New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory; or South Australia/Western Australia, determined by the invoicing hsy branch.

    Term: Prize
    Definition: One Bathurst 12 Hour VIP Experience package for two people, awarded in each of the four Regions (total of four Prizes, eight guests).

  2. Promoter:
    hsy autoparts Pty Ltd (ABN 83 005 668 502), Unit 22, 107 Heatherdale Road, Ringwood VIC 3134, conducted in conjunction with FUCHS Lubricants (Australasia) Pty Ltd.
  3. Promotional Period:
    The Promotion runs from 15 August 2026 until 16 October 2026 (inclusive).
  4. Eligible Entrants:
    Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active hsy trade account and are current Capricorn members.
  5. Ineligible Entrants:
    Employees of the Promoter, FUCHS Lubricants (Australasia) Pty Ltd and their associated agencies, and the immediate families of such employees, are ineligible to enter.
  6. Qualifying Products:
    Eligible products are listed in Schedule 1. Only Qualifying Purchases invoiced during the Promotional Period are eligible for entry.
  7. How to Enter:
    Entrants must purchase a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period. Each Qualifying Product purchased automatically generates one prize draw entry. No separate entry action, purchase of additional goods, or payment of an entry fee is required. Qualifying Products are sold at their normal trade price during the Promotional Period; the price is not inflated to fund this Promotion.
  8. Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points:
    Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points are awarded per Qualifying Product purchased, as follows:

    – 20L pack size: 10,000 points
    – 7L pack size: 7,500 points
    – 5L pack size: 5,000 points
    – 1L pack size: 2,500 points

    Points are limited to one reward per pack size per customer, to a maximum of 25,000 points per customer. A total allocation of 1,000,000 Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points (valued at $10,000) will be awarded in invoice processing order until the allocation is exhausted. Once the allocation is exhausted, customers remain eligible for prize draw entries under clause 9.

    Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points will generally be credited during the month following purchase, subject to Capricorn’s own processing timeframes, which are outside the Promoter’s control.

    *Capricorn Reward Points are subject to Capricorn’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

  9. Prize Draw Entries:
    Entries are unlimited. Each entrant receives one prize draw entry per Qualifying Product purchased during the Promotional Period.
  10. Total Prize Pool:
    The total prize pool value is AUD $26,000 (incl. GST), comprising Bathurst prizes valued at $16,000 and Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points valued at $10,000.
  11. Prize Details:
    One winner will be drawn from each of the following four Regions:
    – Queensland;
    – Victoria/Tasmania;
    – New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory; and
    – South Australia/Western Australia.

    Each of the four winners will receive a Bathurst 12 Hour VIP Experience package for two people (12–15 February 2027), including:
    – Three nights’ accommodation in a double room in Bathurst (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights)
    – Two days’ VIP corporate suite access, with all meals included
    – Mount Panorama helicopter ride
    – Exclusive grid walk before race start
    – Hot lap
    Flights and incidental expenses are excluded unless otherwise advised in writing by the Promoter.

  12. Prize Draw:
    The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at hsy autoparts, Unit 22, 107 Heatherdale Road, Ringwood VIC 3134, using Random Draws Australia. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being drawn, and the draw will be conducted using a random and independently scrutinised process.
  13. Prize Substitution:
    If a Prize, or any part of a Prize, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including cancellation, postponement or relocation of the Bathurst 12 Hour event, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or the affected part of it, with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any regulatory approval required.
  14. Winner Notification:
    Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two business days of the draw. Winner details (being the winner’s surname, first name initial and postcode) will be published on the hsy website within five business days of the draw taking place, and otherwise as required by law.
  15. Claiming the Prize:
    To claim a Prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification and provide proof of identity and eligibility within three (3) months of the date of the applicable draw. Winners will be required to complete and return a Prize Acceptance Form confirming their acceptance of the Prize and providing the further details required to arrange their travel.

    The Promoter will book and coordinate the accommodation, VIP corporate suite access, helicopter ride, grid walk and hot lap components of the Prize directly with its suppliers, with confirmation and event details provided to the winner by email prior to the Bathurst 12 Hour event weekend (12–15 February 2027). Flights and any other travel arrangements not expressly included in the Prize remain the responsibility of the winner.

  16. Unclaimed Prize Draw:
    If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize by 11:59 pm AEDT on 19 January 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10:00 am AEDT on 20 January 2027 at the same location. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and email within two business days and must claim their prize in the manner set out in clause 15 within 10 business days of notification, and no later than 3 February 2027, to allow sufficient time to arrange travel and accommodation before the event.
  17. Verification:
    The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and proof of purchase at any time, and may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions. Entrants must retain their original proof of purchase for each Qualifying Purchase and produce it on request as a condition of prize eligibility.
  18. Returned Purchases:
    Returned, cancelled, credited or unpaid purchases will result in the cancellation of associated prize draw entries and Capricorn Preferred Supplier Bonus Points.
  19. Prize Conditions:
    Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Winners may be required to sign acceptance documentation before a prize is released. Both guests travelling under a Prize must be at least 18 years of age.
  20. Travel Conditions:
    If a winner is unable to travel on the nominated dates, the prize may be forfeited. Winners are responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize. Any tax liability arising from a prize is the responsibility of the winner.
  21. Publicity:
    Winners may be invited to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion, including photography, video or testimonials. Any use of a winner’s name, image or likeness for this purpose will only occur with the winner’s separate written consent, and is not a condition of accepting a Prize.
  22. Privacy:
    Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://hsy.com.au/privacy-policy).
  23. Liability:
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this Promotion or use of a prize.
  24. Availability of Terms and Permit Numbers:
    These Terms and Conditions, together with the relevant trade promotion permit or authority numbers, will be made available at the point of entry and wherever the Promotion is advertised, in accordance with the requirements of each regulator.
  25. Promoter Rights:
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion if it is unable to be conducted as planned due to causes beyond its reasonable control, subject to any required regulatory approvals. To the extent permitted by law, all decisions made by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion, including as to eligibility and prize entitlement, are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  26. Governing Law:
    This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which the entrant is ordinarily resident, and the entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
  27. Trade Promotion Permits:
    This Promotion is conducted subject to permits and/or authorities as required under applicable state and territory legislation. Permit numbers will be inserted once issued:
