Warehouse Supervisor – O’Connor, WA

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing parts, keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organised, and working closely with delivery drivers, contractors, and our sales team to ensure the best customer experience possible.

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems on the fly, and bring a calm, organised energy to a busy warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pitching in with whatever’s needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly

Leading daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency

Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock is stored and managed correctly

Managing inbound and outbound freight, including accurate loading/unloading

Coordinating delivery drivers and external contractors

Liaising with the Sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication

Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (safely, of course)

Ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our NSW team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, knows how to grow business through strong customer relationships, and enjoys being on the road as the face of hsy.

As a Sales Rep, your mission is to build and maintain lasting relationships with our valued workshops, promote our product range, and support our customers to keep their businesses running smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and play a key role in growing our presence across the NSW market.

This role is based in the field, on the road with an emphasis on being customer facing with a focus on new and existing account development in market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accurately maintaining customer records and activity reporting

Visiting workshop customers regularly to check in, take orders, and offer solutions

Building strong relationships that lead to long-term partnerships

Identifying new customers and business growth opportunities

Promoting hsy’s product range, promotions, and digital tools

Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth service

Staying across industry trends and competitor activity

Working closely with the NSW BDM to execute localised growth and development plan. You will have the opportunity to work within and contribute to broader New South Wales strategy.
