Business Development Manager – NSW
hsy autoparts St PetersAs a Business Development Manager, you’ll be taking on a pivotal role in actioning the strategic growth and development of our business. This is your chance to shape and define how we approach business development now and into the future.
You’ll lead the charge in driving our sales strategy, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and opening up new markets. Your ability to strategise and execute will be vital in continuing to position hsy as a leader in our market, ensuring our customer base grows and thrives. You’ll be making a lasting impact on our growth trajectory and long-term success.
You will manage and strengthen our customer relationships through regular workshop contact and using this experience by working closely with the Operations team to use these opportunities to develop stronger business relationships. The role requires a strong aptitude for developing relationships as well as a keen knowledge of the automotive industry and hsy’s place in it.
The development of new opportunities plus a focus on expanding the presence of hsy in the industry are key aspects and will be a primary focus of the role. Strategic planning for developing opportunities and working closely with Managers are important to the successful performance in the role. A strong level of reporting will be expected and will be used in the development of expanding hsy’s market presence.

hsy autoparts ArtarmonThis role is an integral part of the Sales team. This position will provide an opportunity for someone who is organised, accurate, and who enjoys being part of a high performing team. Your daily duties will include but not limited to:
Valid driver’s license is required.
Spare Parts Interpretation and Processing Spare Parts orders
Prepare and submit formal quotation for parts
Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable parts based on specifications, costs, and availability
Assist with aspects of the warehouse when required
Achieve Budget and daily Sales
Build Customer Relationships and Networks
Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures
This role will require you to occasionally work across multiple Sydney sites.
